I absolutely LOVED (!!!!!!!!) my keto and sugar-free cake from Valentine Sweets. First, the cake was absolutely PERFECT when my friend picked it up. Any minor frosting imperfections in these photos happened a few days later after pickup when it was not eaten right away and are completely my fault. The cake is sweetened with monk fruit and has no grains. It tasted genuinely delicious, like classic birthday cake from my childhood. As someone on a long gut-healing journey with a lot of dietary restrictions, this felt like a dream come true. Also, no artificial food dye! Swoon!!!! My friends without dietary restrictions loved it too, so it is not just me saying this. Also truly the prettiest birthday cake I have ever had. I highly recommend Valentine Sweets. Great customer service, amazing ingredients, and the aesthetic is the best I have seen. My friends couldn't get over the cute little frosting bows. So delicate and sweet. I will definitely be ordering again the next time I am in LA.

This will be my last time EVER ordering from Valentines Sweets. This must be under new ownership because their cake quality has completely changed, as well as their customer service. I ordered my son’s 4th birthday cake 2 weeks in advance with clear instructions for this to be a rainbow cake without added cost which I thought the bakery could do, with frosting. I called the day before the party as the bakery had not contacted me at all to let me know the order was received and that they understood the custom cake order. I corresponded with someone over text ONLY who said that the following: “I sent a message But normally they go based on your message so the bakers make the cakes for tomorrow on Saturday mornings and since you asked to do rainbow design without added costs , they use their creativity to do just that. So the cake will have rainbow frosting design” The photos below are the cake that I picked up the next day (the toppers I added myself). This cake is an absolute disaster. Someone ran to Ralph’s and grabbed gel pens and added this sloppy rainbow before my husband picked up the order to cover their mistake. I texted the number that I corresponded with photos of the ca

Valentine Sweets was really enjoyable. Came here a couple times & they had delicious food and drinks. They have organic, gluten free and vegan options. They have a fun ambiance as well, so definitely a go-to spot for writing while enjoying café and bakery goodies. A+

People working there are very friendly and will always welcome you with a smile. They answered all my questions. I appreciate so much that they use organic coffee, organic milk, organic flour, etc. Not many people are aware but conventional food is full of pesticides, heavy metals, artificial flavors, mold, etc. It's so hard to find the bakery who uses organic products and I'm so glad they do. Everything I tried was delicious and full of flavor and not at all dry like others said. I think for most people it's hard to make this transition but you have to pay more for high quality products; otherwise, you'd have to pay much more for your medical bills later! Highly recommend them :)

Oh my gosh! This place was aces all around. Like, all the heart eye emojis. It was cute, it was organic, it paid attention to dietary things (I'm gluten free) and best of all, it tasted amazing. If you're expecting a sugary surge like Sprinkles this ain't it. Instead, I was so pleasantly surprised by the gluten free lemon-lavender cupcake drizzled with honey and garnished with lavender and edible flowers. Biting into the middle for the lemon custard was amazing. It had just the right amount of sweet, the cake had a great texture, and to be honest my only regret was that I didn't try more while I was here. I would have loved to have had something from them for my wedding if things like this existed where I got married. I included a photo of the top row of cupcakes-- they are all gluten free by the way. It was really nice to have so many interesting options and not just, like, one GF alternate.
